Making a photo essay in iMovie ’11: Getting Started | Digital Writing 101

This screencast shows you how to create a new project, add photos, adjust the display time, and apply photo effects like Ken Burns or cropping. The screencast features iMovie ’11 but the steps shown are very similar for the ’08 and ’09 versions of iMovie.

Soon I’ll add a few more screencasts to cover: title cards and transitions, adding audio, and exporting a shareable version.
